To be honest, I like the lay-out and skin... but the 'reply-' and 'new topic'-buttons are vague... I can't barely see what they say... but the forum is nice 
. Ooeh wait I got another few points of critic; on your 'home' there are adds and some useless elements like the googlebar, the shopmotion and the affiliates... But still very beautiful!
Btw I only post this for reflection to you, so you can improve your site!

when u click on portal that shown on that
avraham can disable it
i can also but i don't have for this avarahm changed username and passwors for the administrative panel
ofthe site so i can't
if he c this he can diable it
